2008 S83 quits running or won´t start

Just bought this late Aug-08. At 500mi´s, it quit running as if out of gas. Had to flatbed it to dealer who replaced fuel pump. 3 more times the same has happened, twice while sitting in the cold garage. The two previous, dealer drained the carbs, added fuel stabilizer and said no problem found. Each time it had to be trailered there. Now with 1700 miles on it went for a ride on Superbowl Sunday(sunny 45 degrees). Got 10 miles up the road and it quit. Still turns over but acts as though no fuel or no spark. Drained the float bowls (full tank)... no change. Tried tapping relays under the seat, doing what I could with minimal tools. NG. Cranks, but won´t start. I think it´s either ingnition cicuits or something electrical in the pump circuit. Has anyone experienced the same? I´m really sick and tired of being trailered to the dealer for \
