Tony your scaring me. I have a 2005 S83 and have allready had my share of choke related problems. I don´t have 200 miles yet. Since the problems have been "fixed" I have noticed the same lifter tap but only when I cold start the bike on full choke. I am now wondering if it will progress and get worse. My guys dont hear it either. Did yours do it all the time or just at start up. Let me know and I may have a guy that can help us out. Reply back here.
