Hi Jennifer, I could have written your story. My s50 is at the garage now (for the fourth time) for exactly the same issue. The fault cannot be found. I have experienced exactly the same problems as you and it´s driving me mad. I´ll post a message if I get any solution but feel free to contact me if you have any advice. David
