I have heard and read all kinds of things to stop this problem. I had the main jet upped 1 notch-and in desperation put on a harley muffler. The muffler stopped the lousey noise and sounds good- the bike had a jardine muffler when I bought it-terrable! thank you for the tip-I just have to figure out how to do it. Walt B.
