I have a 2005 s 40 I put bags on it from the suzuki catalog. You need bag supports to mount them. They are small but do the job for me.The supports bolt on to the bike and help support the bags. I attached the bags with clips used to support electric wire and drilled small holes thru the back of the bags, worked for me. Look in the suzuki catalog-nothing is cheap.
