M90 Stalling On Hard Stops

My 2009 went in for 24000 km service and came out stalling or wanting to stall on hard stops or when decelerating on down hill rides. They said it was the emergency fuel shut off switch which was changed. Then said it was dirt in the fuel which was flushed. Still happening. Anyone?
