I have not had any cooling problems at all with mine. The engine is air cooled, and there is a cooler for the oil.

I usually have about 400 pounds on mine whenever I ride, and haven´t had any overheating problems.

The C90 is a great bike....I highly recommend it! I only have 2 concerns....the fuel tank is small, and the turn signals are not self cancelling.
