Well i can post it online as i said earlier, however the problem is that i cannot find any website to post since it´s a large volume PDF file. If u can recommend any website just let me know and i´ll be more than happy to do it, otherwise you can buy on ebay the PDF CD-Rom between $5-$10 + shipping charge.
