One thing to say about buying a gsf 400. DONT! First of all its a 1992 motorcycle and parts will be difficult to get in the USA. Aftermarket parts? Even more difficult! The bike has problems with the carburation and it has flat spots in its torque{ as if theres ANY torque!} range. You would be far better off buying a Suzuki SV 650 which is a FAR better machine. The Bandit 400 looks nice but id stay away from it because of the above problems and the plenty more mentioned on these pages. Get a SV 650 and enjoy a reliable machine instead of constantly tinkering with an attractive piece of garbage.
