I purchased a 91 Bandit 400 with 3,000 miles on it 5 years ago. Has over 30,000 miles now.Only real problem now is with the spark plugs
creating an arc with the cyclinder head and hard starting in cold conditions. I paid 2,000.00 us dollars when I bought it in perfect condition.I think market value for this bike now with this mileage is about $800.00. This bike has been reliable, the only real negative is for around town riding you have to be aware of the rev range as there is little low end power, I had a jet kit installed and this helped a lot.This is a good bike that handles well and makes enough power ( top end) for general use.
