Can anyone tell me what will be the best touring tyres for this model?

I have tried the Bridgestone BT57, BT56
Dunlop D205, D207

None of these really like wet weather,

Lokking currently at the Metzeler TLME 24 Y and Michelen Macadam 100x

The Mitchelen Pilot Road might Also be an option
