Re installed carbs and bike sounds like a mechanical hum and feels underpowered. Best way to describe the sound is like a 4 stroke dirt bike. It has a labored sounding idle. I made sure the rubber boots for the carb arw tight no obvious vacume leak areas. Also very difficult to start.
