How do you get the water pipe off?

How do you get the water pipe off?

I´ve taken off the rad´ & hoses to get to the O rings that I think are between the metal water pipe & the engine. I´ve removed 2 bolts that atatch the water pipe to the engine. What next,do I yank it off or is there something I´m missing? The pipe moves a bit.
