I rode that bike from 92 to 98. I totalled 26.000km in this period and never had a serious problem. The bike was incredibly reliable. The only thing I wouldn´t recommend is taking it to poor roads. I had it with me for three years in Africa (Kenya) and the front fork just couldn´t stand the poor roads. Leakage occurred frequently. Otherwise the bike is awesome to ride. It will forgive you almost every mistake and behaves like a train on rails. Nothing can distract it from course. The engine is certainly good to go for far more than 50K km. I heard of ZXR´s that clocked 100K without problems. |
