Turning off issue

I have bought a kawasaki 2000 ZX 12R amazing back- i was just having a few problems with it last week.

I ride for about 20-30mins, and it automatically turns itself off, but thank god its, whenever im close by a plaza. The digital timing and everything re-sets itself, and wont able to turn back on-

I push it back to my garage- wit my brand- new battery charge it up, and it starts again.

Can somebody help me with this mechanical issue, or have an idea what it is
