Bike sitting up for two years

My bike has been sitting up for two years and I put 93 Sononco and open the choke to the max. The bike starts but when I try to lower the choke to take it out of neutral it just keeps shutting off. I tried to let all the oold gas burn off but the fan keeps cutting on and the bike seems to be geting extremely hot but how long should i let all the gas burn out before I can ride it?
