You can purchase a GENMAR handle bar raiser that will bring the handle bar 1.25 inch higher. I did for mine and it does feel less stressful on the shoulders. This modification does not require any new cable but requires cutting the plastic covers in three pieces. GENMAR can be found on the Internet and the cost is $99. USD
