I owned a PERFECT 2000 Kawasaki ZRX for 4+ years that I bought for a great price and it only had 12K mi. on it. I agree that the specs are wrong on Top Speed. Before a young distracted girl ran a stop sign and hit me and nearly did me in, & also taking off my left leg, I ran it over 120 mph in 4th gear with plenty of roll left on the throttle.

I sure miss that bike which was in 3 pieces after the wreck. She really did me dirty after the wreck too, but thats her issue to bear. That bike was also the one people tended to flock to at local bike nights and I had many offers over twice the amount I paid for it. Although I never did top it out, I believe it could go at least 160-180 mph.

It had a D&D Pipe on it but can anyone tell me what brand of (pipe) came from the factory when it was new ?

I still weep over the loss of that beast of a bike and wish I had not promised my 24 year old son and 21 year year old daughter I wouldn´t ride ever again or I would definitely find me another exact same bike. It was a blast sitting at a red light and having some young kid pull up beside me on a
