According to my manuel, fork oil capacity is 310+/-4 mL when dry; 265 mL when being refilled after oil change. The pressure is Atmospheric (this means neutral to location, just release valve until no air changes.
The oil spec is SAE 10W-20W. By the way, those volumes are per side.
