This is NOT a beginner bike. I would suggest picking up a used enduro / dual sport / street trail, 125cc to 250cc take a safety course ride the road and have fun on some trails. After a year or maybe 2 then think about a 750. The Z750 is a hot bike for a beginner especially a young one, just to tempting to go way to fast and die way to early. You might not like my advice but hey you asked.
