Only runs if I drive it with starter. Compression problem? Tank had some coating that is peeling off like latex paint. Any cleaning ideas? Title reads 1983 but head-tube tag reads 6/1982. Engine number is a completely different format from vin. I have registered my email so I will see responses for discussion. I have not had time to read this thread yet, but I will ASAP.
