I have a 1982 csr 650 that I just cant get to run right the problem is that it will not run unless the choke is closed even after warm up and when I throttle it up it just wants to bog out and stall I have taken the carburetors apart and cleaned out the jets and bowls every thing looks good every once in a while the bike gets good power and then bogs out again what the hell is going on lol
