Hi there.
There is no further option at the full right position of the key than the parking light.
So if your key is fixed to full right poaition the lock has a failure. Try to move it back by pulling the key softly upwards; if this doesn´t work... %&#!¤. You need an new lock then.
But: those spare parts are available rather cheap for this bike at ebay; include the german ebay-site to look for it.
