Change the plugs wires. clean the carb and change the sproket and drive chain. If it is still slow after that you maybe looking at enternal engine problems and then its just a matter of how much you love this bike. If it has sentimental value then seek a good shop that has a good rep. If it doesn´t hold any sentimental value look for a newer better running bike.
