I have 2k miles on my bike. It has been setting for a number of years (obviously). It has been both outside under a cover and inside. The rear wheel will not roll...even when in neutral. I have an idea that the problem is a frozen rear brake, but I´m open to other suggestions or possibilities if anyone has run across a similar problem.
