Hello I recently got a Z500 B2 in a quite good shape... and I m about to get an other one with a good engine but bad body I started to renew it a bit, but I still don t have the technical book So I would like to share some technical problems Datas and advices about Z500 are quite rare I read that Kodex knows quite well this machine, Hi Kodex So I cleaned eveything, changed engine oil, filters, cleaned tanks, carburetors, Chain, master cylinder, calipers, changed pad sets,... Th engine starts like a brand new one, but I just want to refresh because it stayed for years without moving Now I am on the front fork to change oil and oil seal but I don t know the exact quantity (volume) of oil to put. Anybody knows ? And another question is about the type of liquids for Z500 : - Type of gasoline ? - Type of engine oil ? - Type of break fluid ? - Type of fork fluid ? Otherwise, I dont know the real strength and reliability of this machine, but that is still quite easy to work on, with quite strong materials. And for sure it looks like a real bike, as if you ask a child to draw a motorbike .... simple but with everything Thanks a lot in advance Bob |
