HEllo.

Bought myself a Z500 81 a week ago. Been driving every day since then and I gotta say this is the bike for me. I love this bike. I´m going to refurbish it coming this winter and it´s going to be fun fun. A question for you guys until I get my Clymer manual. What is the original sprocket sizes for this bike? Haven´t front yet but back is 46 and that is really too much I´ve noticed. Rpm is over 5000 when I´m doing 90Km/h and about 4500 80Km/h I´ve ordered a 40 sprocket and will mount this monday... doing some math and it should give me 15.1Km/h more at same rpm wich means I get to..well :D... about 90 with 4250rpm and that should be ok. I´ve read somewhere (if it was here) that this bike was only made for 9 months and maybe about 16000 made wich make this bike kinda exceptional don´t you think?. Bought original (new) Kawasaki 4-2 exhaust from the states on ebay and will not make into original but will make it showroom style beutiful. Frame is now silver/gray and same goes for the rest. I believe that these bikes had black frame only did they not? Anyway I´m going to paint frame black and the rest Mitsubishi Blue Metallic. I have a Suzuki GSX750R -96 and that bike has been just standing in favour for the Z, pld;) .
Anyways thought I start this msgboard again... Exchanging pictures anyone?
