I was getting really %&#!¤ of with poor performance and torque of my own CBR 600 and my fathers cbr 1000. And finally, last summer I bought a -99 TL1000R and riding has never been more fun! Great performance, quite nice even on a bit longer trips etc.

Search for a TLR you can test ride.
You might enjoy it too :)
