Does the electric fan come on. It should come on. I think its ok to run regular anti-freeze in it, I do. The radiator has a procedure to get all of the air out of it. When you first fill it up you need to unplug the fan so it will get hot and some how this is supposed to remove all the air. I dont remember for sure how but something like that.
