Front brake rotor

My front breaks keep pulling so I took it to the dealer, and he said the front rotor was bent and both had to be replaced. I am wondering if they can be turned and if this is safe. He quoted $300 + labor. I was hoping I could turn them at a machine shop cheaper. There is under 6000 miles on the bike.
