I too, had a Rebel, for all of 6 weeks before stumbling across my Vulcan 500 LTD. I don´t regret the fast tradeup; I hadn´t ridden in 18 years. That means I´m 18 years older, and, hopefully, wiser! The Vulcan has the power to pull me, holds the road tightly even in big wind and still has acceleration ready to go.
