Hi all! Thanks for all the wonderful information on the 500. I´m 50+, last rode a 250cc bike 30+ years ago! Wondering if this is the bike to ride to work (mostly surface drive in L.A., very little freeway!). I´ve looked at the Yamaha V-Star Silverado too that is heavier, has 150 more ccs, but costs $1500 or so more? Help!
