I also added saddlebags and Windshield to my 500. Motorccycle Superstore is pretty good. I bouthg the windshield direct froom Kawasaki Website. Just under $200. My local dealer (rip off) wanted $300. I was concerned about ruining the looks of the bike but the comfort factor of the ride with the windshield is well worth the slight "looks" sacrifice. Kawasaki offers two windshields for this bike. They call them large and small. I bought the large and I would call it SMALL.I would say the "small" one would be about useless unless you were laying down on the bike. It is slightly adjustable height-wise and I have it as high as it will go and it is still pretty low. I am only 5´9" and if the windshield were any shorter the wind would buffet my helmet.
Buy the EN500 you will love it.
