My Brother is the proud owner of a 2005 1600 vulcan. Unfortunately he has 4000 miles on the bike and purchased it last year so he is out of Warrantee. His front head gasket seems to be blown. Any word of this being a design problem? Thanks for any help you can shed on this problem...
