need help with wiring??

I need help!! i have a 02 mean streak and i bought it with the fuel pump clip broke and i cant figure out where it goes, i think i did but the wire guage is bigger coming from the tank but same wire colors!! any one know if theres a relay or a voltage regulator that it went thru first, would appreciate it if some one can help!!
