I have recently purchased my 05 meanstreak and have many changes planned to make for next season. However, my budget is tight and I would like a better sounding exhaust. Are there any ways to bypass the "goat belly" cat. with a cheap kit and if so, would this make any significant change? Also, would I still need a power commander if this can be done?
