Noisy---you bet! I have a 2006 Classic 900 LT and I have the same problem. Even with earplugs and full face helmet. Can´t get satisfaction from dealers on warranty or from mfg in Toronto, Canada. I´m over 25000 km and it really howls above 60kph (40mph). Any solutions , yet????
