I think I would find a new dealer. Like another writer responded, i too get at least 50 mpg and have gotten as high as 52. Almost 4500 miles on bike and no problems whatsoever. Some of the noise, but it is related to the belt drive and is not serious. I am lucky, I have a great kawasaki dealer in saint augustine.
