On the 21st, I had my 600 mile check-up, I have not had one single thing wrong or funny sounds like a whistle. I have had now 146 bikes in my 70 years of riding, and they all have their own little sounds from wind hitting different things on the bikes, like a faring or even saddle bags. The 900 LT is no different, I can hear sounds that the wind is creating, it is not the bike or anything that one should be alarmed about, just ride, and enjoy this woonderful HI-TEC bike. I am averaging 52 to 54 mpg, and will even get better as the bike is more broken in, and that is another thing, don´t violate what the book says, don´t ride it over 60mph for that 1st 600 miles, If you let the rings seat in that first 600 miles, you will never have to add oil as long as you have your bike, so be good to it, it will be good to you forever, about like a girlfriend or wife. I also have three other bikes now, but I can´t wait to ride, and the choice is clearly the 900 LT. Joe Wisener
