Talked to Kawasaki customer service in Ca. yesterday on the speed hang up between 38 to 45, they told me to take the bike back in and they will start talking to the shop that has it to try and find out what’s the problem, called the shop to set up an appointment, the manager said he has an idea of why its doing it but needs to talk to corp. also, 1 more comment on what I thinks doing it, its just like when you 1st start the bike and its on high idle, try driving it then and let go of the throttle and see what it does, that’s exactly what it feels like when mine hangs in 3rd.
