Well Samsclub...it happened to me today when I was riding. I have tried to duplicate your problem in the past, but today when riding in traffic, the throttle stuck when iwas in third gear doing about 38 mph. Also had a problem earlier in the day whent he bike would not accelerate. I was in first leaving a red light and when i shifted to second and then thrid, the bike would not accelerate, like the gearing wouldn´t change. I had to pull off the road. I turned the bike off, restarted it and it ran fine rest of the day except for the throttle problem like you have experienced.
