| Ain´t this a great era to ride bike in! I have had most all Jap brands of bikes AND two Harleys. All bikes are better than they were 40 years ago when I started my two-wheeled motorized adventures. At the end of a long ride it doesn´t matter what label of bike got you to your destination, the beer will taste just as good and your woman will feel just as nice. The fact that I have survived long enough on two wheels (started 1967) to now enjoy traveling accross this great land of ours on any brand of motorcycle with little fear of breakdown or instrument failure is rewarding to me. This new Kawi looks good to me and I hope it is successful. The equipment offered to riders today is all high quality and I´m glad to be part of the ride. I want to share a story, because bikes aren´t the only thing evolving in todays motorcycle world. The people themselves are changing too. One guy I met a few years ago looked like a grizzled biker when he approached me. I complemented him on his nice looking sporty and he commented, \ |
