1999 Vulcan 800 coolant leak. Please help

There is a black tube that comes from the bottom of both (in the middle) cylinders to the top of the chrome cover on right side of bike. Both seals are leaking. What is the easiet way to remove the tube and replace the seals??? Also, How do you drain the coolant? I have no owners manual or shop manual. Thanks,
