i have a 2003 800 classic, i have 8700 miles on it.about a week ago it started making an intermitent noise that sounds like a loose baffle in the pipe.but it is not the pipes. i checked the valve clearance on the intake it is .09mm (.10 being the tightest tolerence) and .24 mm on exhaust (.25 bing the tightest).does anyone have any ideas or has anyone had this kinda of noise on there bikes.
