I have a Kawasaki VN 800 Classic California model that seams to be cold blooded. I warm the bike up but no mater how hot (157º+) it still wants to pop out the carb as if it is cold. This happens even with the choke still at half way. The hot idle rpm is right on, clean air filter, new spark plugs. I just want to rip off the smog stuff to see if that would help?
