I noticed the same thing on my 20 mean streak. what I found out from discussions and trial and error is that the low fuel light comes on at about 2 gals left in the tank. I rode for an extra 70 miles (hard riding too) after the light came on and then filled it up when it would only stay running if I had the bike up without any lean. When I filled up it took 4.25 gals and that is pretty darn close to empty. The hypercharger makes it hard for me to ride soft because it looks, sounds, and rides...so......MEAN!?!
