Engine cut out

After leaving my bike running for approx 5 minutes from cold I am getting the same problem all the time, The engine seems to only fire on 2 plugs when accelorating for a few seconds & then pick up. Also if i am doing approx 15 to 20mph she has to be in either 1st or second because she won`t pick up. Any ideas?
