Hello! I recently discovered that my late father held onto my first motorcycle. A 1997 Kawasaki Ninja EX250F11 (250r). It was rebuilt in 2006-2007 by a reputable motorcycle mechanic for his wife (my late sister-in-law) and I bought it from them in 2007. It has been in stored in a climate controlled basement since 2015 or so (as it was stored every winter because we live in the Midwest. Minneapolis, MN area. It has ~7700 miles. It’s fair to say it’s in mint condition and was stored properly.its all OEM, never wrecked dropped, no scratches. It’s being gone through, has new fluids, oil filter, spark plugs, battery, and starts beautifully with starter fluid. I am debating purchasing new tires or let the buyer do that depending on the cost/value. I have not been able to find anything remotely comparable as far as condition/miles/year so I’m hoping someone can point me in the right direction as far as value as I cannot afford a proper appraisal however need to get what I can to pay estate bills. Thank you
