I understand from all the Specs that I have read the the gas tank size on the Ninja 250 is 4.8 gallons but could anyone please inform me of how many gallons is in reserve?

Please quote only from an Owner´s Manual which I am not in possession of.

I have a friend who had the bike stall while going up a hill and then after she filled the tank it only took 3 gallons of gas. Is it possible that the reserve on the Ninja 250 that the main tank is 3.0 gallons with a reserve of about 1.8 gallons?

(yes I know that there is not really 2 tanks, but 2 straws within the petcock. etc...)
