What helmet goes with the 05 Ninja 250R?

I just got my 05 Ninja 250R three weeks ago. I just compelted the Basic Rider Course program yesterday. I am very excited about riding it. I am new to the world of motorcycling. I would like to know what is the best(high in qulity) helmet I should get? Please advise.
